MAGARI is above all the story of two loves. It is the meeting of two wonderful worlds: Uzès and Italy.
We invite you to discover MAGARI, the fusion of these two cultural and culinary universes in a place and with a menu which incorporates the codes of transalpine cuisine while highlighting local products from the Uzès area.
For lunch and dinner, MAGARI offers a menu based on original recipes. Sunny salads in season, typical Italian dishes...
MAGARI is also a place to provide you with a gastronomic and creative culinary experience.
From starter to dessert, each dish is thought out down to the smallest detail. The recipes are remarkable, original and unique.
The flavors are worked with a deep search for balance and harmony. Refined cuisine and relaxed atmosphere.
In 2024, MAGARI adds a new nuance to its palette: the pizza. True to who we are, it is unique, authentic and above all Neapolitan, its city of origin, in a contemporary version. At MAGARI, you will find a classic or gourmet pizza, topped with fresh, premium quality products selected from the best Italian producers, prepared by our Italian pizza chef and cooked in our artisanal oven which arrived straight from Naples.
TO EAT IN or TAKE AWAY
MAGARI opens its terrace to you at any time, for meals but also for a moment of relaxation.
On market days in season, an "Aperitivo" menu is proposed. Italian and international cocktails. Premium Italian coffees. Italian hot chocolates.
Delicacies: pastries, panettone...
MAGARI exclusively presents the wines of the Clos de la Garriguette in Uzès. This wine estate offers organic wines from the "Duché d'Uzès" or "IGP Cévennes" appellation. All the local terroir is bottled, viognier, syrah, grenache with exotic notes for some, with hints of scrubland for others, always with a lot of softness, sunshine and elegance.
MAGARI also highlights great references from Italy: wines from Puglia, Sicily, Marche, Piedmont, Veneto, red, white or sparkling. The cellar also includes wines selected from Burgundy, Provence and the Rhône valley.
Combining Provence and Tuscany feelings giving to it charm and beauty, Uzès offers an incomparable terroir that is source of culinary inspiration. Olive oil, truffles, vines, aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables... unique products with Mediterranean colors that enter in MAGARI recipes.
